A 25% deposit is required, please, on booking - payable either by cheque, cash, credit card or debit card. 

The balance is payable 1 month in advance of arrival.

(The balance will need to be paid, please, either by cheque or in cash, as we are too 'small' for the credit card companies to authorise payment without the card-holder present.
