Secluded holiday cottage in the centre of Wells!

Rustic self catering with Wells cathedral next doorThe Piggeries holiday cottage is uniquely situated in the heart of the city of Wells in Somerset, right next door to the famous cathedral.  Part of an early medieval house, it was eventually used for keeping pigs, and has now been converted into rustic holiday accommodation of great character. Something qPeaceful rustic holiday in Wellsuite different!

Step back in time.  The cottage is quiet, secluded, quirky, and in a unique situation.  Relax on the patio and hear the choir and the organ in the Cathedral next door.  In the garden are free range chickens.  And there is a superb view in one direction of the East End of Wells Cathedral, literally a few feet away, and in the other direction of Tor Woods (National Trust).

And above all it is so quiet, in the middle of England’s smallest city.
